Sent Home To Say Goodbye
The song has writing credits for Kelly, Richard and Stuart and was recorded in early 1994 on a four track porta studio. It is a heavy, fast paced song which has some amazing guitar solos throughout possibly played by Simon Collier. The lyrics are short, but the song tells the sad tale of a lonely of soldier who has returned from war some time ago, presumably to the valleys of South Wales.
