Just Looking is track five on Performance And Cocktails and was also released as a single in early ’99, reaching number 4 in the charts. With a great riff the song opens slowly before bursting into life in the chorus and second verse. A live favourite, it really does sum up all the good points about the Stereophonics in one song! Written in an Amsterdam hotel room in September 1997, it was recorded in Autumn 1998 at Real World studios near Bath, England. The media referr to this as Kelly’s best lyrically written song.
