24/10/08 - New Blog from Rich
Here it goes...
I bet you never thought we'd be this regular posting on here!
Not much has happened as far as playing goes, we did an acoustic performance for either T4, E4, 4Later or something with a 4 in it (pictures will in the media section soon). There's so many I can't keep up with them, British TV is getting so much like America it's weird... 300+ channels and still nothing worth watching! The Al Murray show was a good crack, I noticed you
all commenting on Adam singing - simple reason, he knew the song and Kelly didn't and it was all in the name of fun! Got some NFL thing happening on Sunday at Wembley stadium, be good to see what the new place is like.
Onwards an upwards!
And now some of your questions answered.
What's your favourite type of cheese?Gorgonzola, tis perfect with a bit of rustic bread.
What do you lads think of the new AC/DC song? Sounds exactly the same as all their others, yeah?
They are great at producing the sound and songs which have been the soundtrack to many a man's life, they are still rocking in my book!
Would you ever go back to Cwmaman?
I have a home there and my family is there so it's always going to be a place where we get a warm welcome. I've been back there so many times this year it's cost me a fortune in Severn Bridge tolls. You Got To Go There To Come Back!
Which song do ye wish ye wrote?
Master of Puppets By Metallica. Metallica were a big part of my life when I was a teenager and this song made me take notice of lyrics in songs.
Which one thing has made you laugh the most (like proper tears in the eyes
laughter) in the last month?
I thought the Al Murray show was brilliant. Me and Tony were in tears backstage watching him doing the interviews!
And the bonus question this week is....
How many tattoos have you got now and what's the story behind them (if there is one)?
I started my love affair with tattoos when i was 15, and ever since i've been collecting them from all over the world. No stories like in Miami Ink, i just like images on my body.
Ciao for Now
