Richard Jones is the bassist and backing vocalist for band.

Jones grew up in Cwmaman, an old mining village in south Wales. Richard originally formed the band with Kelly Jones and Stuart Cable after Mark Everate went on holiday, playing under different band names like Silent Runner and Tragic Love Company. Richard played to his largest audience on July 2, 2005 as the group appeared at the Live 8 concert, in Hyde Park, London.

Richard, who towers above the other band members is known for his genuine and all around happy personality, entertaining fans both on and off the stage.
